Yesterday I Realized I've Been Making Dolls For 20 Years

Not only did that make me feel ancient....

So I asked a friend to help me learn "stitching".... So above is the learning sampler I made with her. I learned 5 stitches... lazy daisy, french knot, running, back, and couching.... don't what I'll do but it will be fun to take this to the Netherlands....

I'm so excited everything is working out for my trip ~ a bed and breakfast, good friends, a reliable house sitter..... It's going to be an awesome month!
