A Day in Seattle, Stepping Out, 6 hours in ER...

I was in Seattle this week-end and saw some very fun things... like this giant chess board downtown Seattle.

I am planning a trip to the Netherlands! Yes I'm pinching myself as it's just happening so quickly and so it just seems meant to be. October for sure maybe a bit sooner... for sure I'm staying for the AHOY doll show in Rotterdam the 28th and 29th of October!
I planning on visiting and staying with one of my all time friends and artist.

A funny thing is Jacqui is going to be in Amsterdam around the same time I am and so we once again will get to hang out! http://www.odddollz.blogspot.com YAY! I am hoping to have a day with my friend Marlaine in Amsterdam as well.... If anyone that reads this knows of people that I could visit with I'd love it!

Then Yesterday morning my husband, my son and I were getting set to go to brunch. When I got out of the car I couldn't stand up, I couldn't walk straight or remember what was happening... so My family rushed me to ER.... Where for 6 hours I had a battery of tests, blood work and an MRI... They didn't find a sign of stroke or MS... but I need to make an appt. with a neurologist.... not what I want to do... Can't I just call it a brain burp?

A Day on the Bay

Today I took myself to Bellingham Bay... Just by happen stance... my car seemed to know where I needed to go.

When the tide is low it's a great place to walk and find a place to sit and meditate. It was so quiet, sunny and warm.

Look what I found ~ A Halloween rock!

And then a friend, a funny seagull walked right up to me and stayed there for about 15 minutes.

When he'd had enough he moved on and so did I...

This is just what my soul needed....

There's just not much for me to say this Friday....
So here is some pictures of my neighbor's garden...

The bee's were busy bee's...

Zinnia's and poppies are my favorite... I'm so lucky in the summer because I get fresh flowers all summer from my neighbor.

I'm Back From California

Whewwww it was 9 days and it felt like 9 weeks!
We had a fabulous time in California and if I could afford to I'd move to Northern California in a second~

We went to the Vacations in a Can in Sonoma County about 30 minutes No. of San Francisco. Met Joe and his wife Leslie~ wonderful warm people. Joe builds these wonderful retro teardrop trailers from scratch!
