Happy Mothers Day & 2 New Ducklings

This is one of favorite pictures of my mom back in the 1950's. She's been gone for several years and I miss her.
Here's my beautiful Mother in law. Frieda, My husband and sister in law. I loved Frieda so much.
And my dear Grandmother... Verna. She was a light in a dark childhood...

And last my new little ducklings ~ They are Indian Runners.
Happy Mothers Day!

Nice pics! Thanks for sharing!
Love those ducklings! When I was little my mother would buy my sister and I ducklings every Easter. They of course grew up and made so much noise our neighbors weren't very happy. Every year though we would take them to a park with a pond and let them lose til the next year. Releasing them was hard but they looked so happy with the other ducks. I couldn't do this now but it was a good memory, escpecially when the duckling followed us all over the yard as if we were their mothers. Good memories!
