Washington Art Doll Challenge

I'm also doing an Art Doll Challenge Exchange with 4 other women. I've had this doll hanging around for many a day, many many a day... finally when I knew that there were wonderful seamstress's that were going to work on my doll this was the doll I chose for the challenge. He's probably one of the largest dolls I've done 13"!
